Two weird submissions at UFC

The "Suloev stretch" is an extremely rare submission thatches a cross between a kneebar and a crotch ripper. It is executed from the back with both hooks in and grabbing you opponent's heel and pulling it up toward their head, putting extreme stress on the hamstring.

We first saw it in MMA in 2002 when now-deceased fighter-turned-hitman Amar Suloev used it to submit Paul Cahoon. The Russian mobster has since been associated with the move, hence the name "Suloev stretch".

Bantamweight Aljamain Sterling and featherweight Zabit Magomedsharipov both used the moves to end their fights, with Sterling submitting Stamann and Magomedsharipov tapping out Davis.
